Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, including R&D, migration, or PoC projects;
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and mindset, with ability to adapt to varying project types (discovery, experimental, technical spikes);
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English for confident communication with global stakeholders;
- Knowledge of PMBOK and modern delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
- Solid grasp of SDLC, especially in dynamic and exploratory project environments;
- Proficiency with project tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Notion;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (both internal and external);
- Strong negotiation and facilitation abilities to align cross-functional teams;
- Self-starter, able to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous settings;
- Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking;
- Proven ability to run multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity;
- Understanding of risk management, especially in R&D or early-stage initiatives;
- Strong leadership, team motivation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of CoE-led initiatives including R&D pilots, technology enablers, and migration projects;
- Lead discovery, prototyping, PoC, and feasibility studies, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture and delivery goals;
- Manage short-cycle, high-impact projects, with emphasis on rapid learning and iterative improvement;
- Drive Agile ceremonies, adapt workflows to experimental or emerging technologies;
- Ensure timely reporting, metrics tracking (e.g., outcomes, velocity, cost), and continuous risk assessment;
- Define and manage project documentation, scope, and change control, even in evolving research settings;
- Coordinate with engineering, architecture, and client-facing teams to bridge strategy and execution;
- Monitor and report on resource usage, budget spend, and ROI from CoE investments;
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure reusability of enablers and frameworks developed in CoE;
- Serve as a trusted advisor to delivery and enterprise teams on feasibility and delivery approach for innovative solutions.
