● Align with Sales on ICPs, qualification criteria, lead handoffs, and follow-up processes to ensure campaigns generate leads that progress through the funnel;
● Build and manage a prioritized experimentation backlog, testing audiences, messaging, offers, creatives, landing pages, and channel combinations;
● Plan and execute integrated campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, webinars, email, and LinkedIn outreach, with a clear journey from first touch to sales conversation;
● Develop creative briefs with clear hypotheses and work with Design and Content teams to produce, test, and improve campaign assets;

● Deliver webinars end-to-end, from topic and promotion strategy to speaker coordination, attendee follow-up, and conversion into qualified leads and meetings;
● Coordinate with Sales/SDR and outreach teams to align account targeting, messaging, campaign timing, and follow-up across paid and outbound activities;
● Build clear performance reporting, combining campaign data with Sales feedback to evaluate MQL volume, cost per MQL/SQL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and sourced pipeline;
