We’re looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer to join our internal design team and contribute to discovery phases, new projects, and Geniusee initiatives. The project details will be defined later, with a primary focus on fintech and edtech domains. This role involves full-cycle participation in product design, from concept to implementation, working closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in the IT industry.
  • Experience with ready-made design systems such as Material, Shadcn, Untitled, MUI, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of modern UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, motivation, and enthusiasm for technology.
  • Team player with a proactive and open-minded approach.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build user interfaces for clients’ web and mobile solutions.
  • Create design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, PMs, BAs) to ensure alignment between design and implementation.
  • Conduct research and analyze global UX best practices and patterns.
  • Present and validate design solutions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet business objectives.
  • Participate in projects from discovery to delivery.
  • Continuously improve processes, seek innovative approaches, and share knowledge within the team.

Nice to have

  • Experience with additional design/prototyping tools (Adobe After Effects, Principle, InVision, Axure, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow, including building responsive landing pages and websites based on design mockups.
  • Experience in fintech or edtech projects.
