NCourage was created to understand the nature of anxiety & stress, the cause of problems with falling asleep, which promotes personal growth, success work and increase productivity. The app is made in the form of an audio course. The app is made in the form of audio lectures with small thematic notes. The main App idea is that the best way to manage anxiety and other self problems is to challenge the norm of how we currently think about, talk about, and treat its symptoms.
