Geniusee is looking for an experienced Middle IT Recruiter to join our team
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Proven experience in-house in outsource company in recruiting IT specialists 2.5+ years;
- Successful closing of 4-5 vacancies per month;
- Spoken and written English at least Upper -Intermediate;
- Higher Education (preferably in Human Resources);
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks;
- Strong desire to work in an IT environment and grow as a Recruitment Specialist;
- Preferably looking for candidates from Kyiv.

What you will do
- Full life-cycle of the recruiting process;
- Run an end-to-end recruitment process, providing a positive experience for both the hiring manager and the candidates;
- Write and post technical job descriptions;
- Selection of relevant candidates using different tools and methods;
- Interviewing candidates in earlier stages ( personal interview, English check, etc.);
- Continuously build and engage a pipeline of candidates through sourcing & networking;
- Coordinate with technical interviewers, collect and give feedback;
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates;
- Work with recruiting projects, perform recruiting tasks;
- Provide a positive, polite, and open-minded style of communication.
