Lead Marketing Manager

Requirements

  • You have 8+ of overall experience in marketing in different roles, including 2+ years of experience in a digital marketer role in IT-services company and a proven track record (or reference) implementing marketing strategies by using content, email marketing, SMM, SEO, PPC, cold outreach, and others;
  • You know how to generate MQLs and SQLs from marketing activities.
  • You can organize the work process not only for you and bring good communication standards and guidance for the team, including experience managing 2-3 team members for 3+ years;
  • You’re ready and have a willingness to take full responsibility, and generate ideas for solving marketing problems;
  • You speak and write English at an advanced level;
  • You have expertise using web analytics (e.g.: Google Analytics, Clarity, etc.) to measure and analyze data and key metrics with the ability to interpret the data into reports and recommendations;
  • You have experience designing buyer journey maps, as well as analyzing user flows and user behavior patterns;
  • Working with US and EU target audiences is a part of your daily routine;
  • HR marketing experience would be an asset.

What you will do

Actively сontribute to marketing strategy to improve overall performance and generate leads:

  • Audit the current state of the company website and social media and form a strategy for further development according to the company’s goals;
  • Conceptualize, implement and optimize all upper-funnel user journeys (from ads to landing pages);
  • Drive revenue growth through different marketing channels of the company;
  • Marketing budget setup and tracking;
  • Conduct competitive analysis to use for benchmarking purposes;
  • Analyze the website performance and generate insights for constant improvements;
  • Use various channels for promoting the company, making it recognizable and attracting new customers.

    Lead operational work of a great team, including:
  • Organize the strategy, support the team, and keep track of the success of the department’s performance;
  • Bring the marketing vision and impact to cross-departments cooperation;
  • Content Creation & Management.

    Working with the sales team:
  • Lead generation support and analysis;
  • Develop targeted sales marketing strategies, presentations, and events;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead creative brainstorming sessions;
  • Contribute insights about our customer needs and experiences to help create content that reflects the brand and improves our marketing efficiency.

    PR activities
  • Events research and presence;
  • Building partnerships with the technological and the target market communities.
