Requirements
- ~1.5 years of experience in HR roles (HR Manager, HR Specialist, or HR Coordinator), preferably in IT.
- Understanding of the employee lifecycle: pre-boarding, onboarding, adaptation, probation, and offboarding.
- Practical experience with operational HR tasks: collecting data, creating accounts, arranging meetings, preparing equipment, and completing checklists.
- Experience working with HR systems (HRIS, internal platforms): updating employee profiles, maintaining accurate records, and tracking documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to work.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with genuine care for employee experience.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (for documentation, emails, and internal communications).
What you will do
- Support and execute pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Handle operational HR tasks: collect data, prepare accounts, arrange meetings, provide equipment, and manage checklists.
- Maintain HR systems (HRIS, internal platforms): update profiles, track documentation, and keep records accurate.
- Assist with probation and performance review processes: prepare materials, collect and consolidate feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Prepare and share internal communications: publish updates and announcements (birthdays, anniversaries, events, reminders).
- Help organize internal events, teambuildings, and wellbeing activities.
- Participate in HR team syncs, planning sessions, and retrospectives, while learning and growing into more strategic HR responsibilities.
