Requirements
- 3+ years of total experience as an Engagement Manager, Account Manager, Client Partner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst in a technology service company.
- 1+ year of proven experience specifically as an Engagement Manager.
- Strong experience in preparing client proposals, tenders, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and tech consulting/product engineering services.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior experience attending or exhibiting at international tech events.
- Background or domain expertise in FinTech or EdTech is a strong advantage.
- Technical background or education in IT/Engineering is a plus.
What you will do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
- Lead discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with delivery and technical teams.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders on the client side.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring solution feasibility and delivery alignment.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from opportunity identification to contract closure.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to create case studies, success stories, and customized service offers.
- Represent Geniusee at industry conferences, exhibitions, and tech events to generate leads and strengthen partnerships.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast data in Pipedrive or other CRM systems.
- Work closely with strategic partners and agencies to drive co-marketing and co-selling initiatives.
