About the project
The project is a virtual classroom that will enable one or more teachers to facilitate online tutoring sessions for many students working on their own tailored learning paths. The integration of LMS content, chatbot and student prioritization solution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design within the IT industry.
- Advanced skills in Figma and experience in creating design systems, prototypes, and handoffs.
- Solid understanding of UX principles: conducting user research, building user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Proven experience in UI design, with a focus on user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces.
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret analytics and user behavior data to inform design decisions.
- Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
- Collaborative team player, capable of working directly with clients and project stakeholders.
Would be a plus
- Hands-on experience with motion design and advanced prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with Webflow or Framer for creating no-code solutions.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to analyze and enhance user experiences.
- Experience with AI-powered tools for image generation (e.g., MidJourney, Adobe Firefly) to enhance and accelerate design workflows.

- Design and deliver user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Conduct UX research to gather user requirements and validate design decisions.
- Build and refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with clients and the development team to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Analyze user data and propose improvements to user journeys and interaction patterns.
- Research and incorporate industry best practices and patterns into designs.
- Balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
