About the project
The project is a virtual classroom that will enable one or more teachers to facilitate online tutoring sessions for many students working on their own tailored learning paths. The integration of LMS content, chatbot and student prioritization solution.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry. Good knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator;
- Experience with animation design;
- Good spoken English (Upper+);
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders;
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies;
- Ability to learn quickly, responsibility, motivation, enthusiasm for technology, and being a team player.
Would be a plus
- Knowing other products such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, Axure, etc will be a plus;
- Experience with Webflow / Framer: Responsibilities:
- Design and build the UI and UX for our Client’s web stores;
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the design meets specifications;
- Be flexible and able to cope with several projects at any given time;
- Show a proactive attitude and seek innovative ways to incorporate new ideas into the designs;
- Direct communication with clients and project members abroad;
- Be a part of projects from conception to completion;
- Research and analyze best cases and patterns of UX design globally;
- Provide a positive, polite, and open-minded style of communication;
- Communications with good verbal and writing English language skills.
What you will do
- Lead the development and creation of UI and UX for web applications, mobile apps, and other digital solutions, setting high standards for design quality.
- Interact with cross-functional teams, including developers, product management, and stakeholders, to ensure designs meet technical and business requirements.
- Manage and prioritize multiple high-level projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Show a proactive attitude and pioneer innovative design solutions, driving the adoption of new ideas across the team.
- Facilitate direct communication with clients and team members abroad, providing strategic advice and managing key relationships.
- Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring strategic alignment and quality control.
- Conduct in-depth research and analyze global UX design trends and best practices, mentoring the team on implementation.
- Foster a positive, polite, and open style of communication within the team and with external partners.
- Demonstrate superior verbal and written English language skills, providing clear and effective communication.
- Conduct design testing, using various methodologies to find the best solutions.
- Work with business goals in mind, understanding and meeting client requirements.
- Mentor junior designers, assisting in their development and task delegation.
- Develop design systems, understanding their construction and scaling, even in the absence of existing systems.
- Participate in strategic project planning and the development of long-term design strategies.
- Audit existing designs and UX solutions, proposing improvements.
- Identify and manage risks and issues related to design and user experience.
- Assess the impact of design on business metrics and present data to management.
