Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering roles;
- 2+ years of experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS / Google Cloud Platform — preferred / Microsoft Azure);
- 6+ months of experience with Railway.com — strong advantage;
- Experience with Prometheus, LGTM or ELK stacks;
- Hands-on experience setting up comprehensive monitoring solutions, designing dashboards, alerts, and automations;
- Experience building complex multi-stage CI/CD pipelines with one of: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins;
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform / Terragrunt / Pulumi), including state management and modular infrastructure design;
- Experience with Docker or other container-based technologies;
- Kubernetes experience;
- Networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, PKI/TLS, network security, etc.);
- Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices;
- Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, Python automation scripts);
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis configuration and tuning experience;
- English — B2 level or higher.
Would be a plus
- Software development experience — ability to read, write, and debug code;
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar);
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices;
- GCP / AWS / Azure certifications.
