Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in the IT industry.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong sense of responsibility, motivation, and enthusiasm for technology.
- Team player with a proactive and open-minded approach.
Would be a plus
- Experience with additional design/prototyping tools (Adobe After Effects, Principle, InVision, Axure, etc.).
- Experience in fintech or edtech projects.
What you will do
- Design and build user interfaces for clients’ web and mobile solutions.
- Create design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, PMs, BAs) to ensure alignment between design and implementation.
- Conduct research and analyze global UX best practices and patterns.
- Present and validate design solutions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet business objectives.
- Participate in projects from discovery to delivery.
- Continuously improve processes, seek innovative approaches, and share knowledge within the team.
