Requirements

3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in the IT industry.
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
Up-to-date knowledge of modern UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong sense of responsibility, motivation, and enthusiasm for technology.
Team player with a proactive and open-minded approach.

Would be a plus

Experience with additional design/prototyping tools (Adobe After Effects, Principle, InVision, Axure, etc.).
Experience in fintech or edtech projects.

What you will do

Design and build user interfaces for clients’ web and mobile solutions.
Create design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, PMs, BAs) to ensure alignment between design and implementation.
Conduct research and analyze global UX best practices and patterns.
Present and validate design solutions with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet business objectives.
Participate in projects from discovery to delivery.
Continuously improve processes, seek innovative approaches, and share knowledge within the team.
