Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, or AI systems;
- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn);
- Experience with data pipelines, preprocessing, and augmentation for structured or unstructured data;
- Solid understanding of at least one ML domain: computer vision (CNNs, object detection), NLP/LLMs (RAG, embeddings, semantic search), or tabular modeling;
- Familiarity with evaluation techniques: precision/recall, mAP, RMSE, or business-specific KPIs;
- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and at least one vector database (Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant) is a plus;
● Good problem-solving and analytical skills, independence, and ability to work in agile environments.
Would be a plus
- Experience with RAG frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector search techniques;
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning practices;
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC) and CI/CD for ML pipelines;
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Understanding of data lake/data warehouse architectures (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake);
- Participation in AI/ML competitions or contributions to open-source projects.
