Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time software engineering experience (excluding internships); early-stage startup experience preferred.
- Strong backend experience with Python and working with APIs.
- Solid experience with writing automated tests.
- Strong background in optimization.
- Familiarity with AWS and experience deploying applications.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, or voice AI systems—through personal projects or production deployments.
Would be a plus
- Experience as a founder or founding engineer, or in healthtech/pharmacy tech.
What you will do
- Drive the evolution of Agentic AI for Pharmacies.
- Design and implement custom agent behaviors and integrations tailored to pharmacy use cases, leveraging prompt engineering and related techniques.
- Enhance internal infrastructure for performance and scalability, supporting customer integrations across both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Maintain and streamline CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and safe delivery.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize system reliability, and proactively manage edge cases.
- Write clean, testable code and simulate complex scenarios to ensure system stability.
- Ensure all systems are secure and HIPAA-compliant.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with the team and customers.
- Stay hands-on and detail-oriented in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
