About the project

You will work on a wide range of tasks, including internal communications, social media creatives, presentations, one-pagers, event materials, and branded assets.

Requirements

● 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic or Visual Designer (preferably in an IT or service company environment).
● Proven experience working with internal stakeholders — HR, Marketing, Sales / Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams.
● Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop; experience with Illustrator is required; knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro is a plus.
● Portfolio showing static and adaptive design assets (social media, banners, internal comms, one-pagers).
● Understanding of brand identity, typography, composition, and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
● Experience creating visual systems (icons, patterns, infographics) for both digital and print.
● Familiarity with print workflows (preparation of files for print, certificates, merchandise) and web assets (email banners, landing blocks).
● Ability to manage multiple briefs/tasks, prioritize, and deliver within deadlines.
● English level: Intermediate+.

What you will do

● Develop visual assets for internal communications (newsletters, all-hands slides, HR campaigns).
● Support Marketing and Pre-Sales teams with social creatives, case study layouts, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
● Create templates and maintain visual consistency across departments (HR, Sales, Marketing).
● Design print-ready materials: certificates, merchandise, event posters.
● Produce web assets: email banners, landing visuals, icons/illustrations.
● Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, receive brief, iterate based on feedback, and deliver final materials.
