Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, across at least three different business domains.
- Proven ability to establish BA processes from scratch on software development projects.|● Strong expertise in requirements lifecycle management: from discovery, elicitation, specification, and modeling to validation and post-delivery support.
- Experience in holistic monitoring and improvement of BA performance on projects.
Ability to explore and analyze markets, domains, and evolving systems, providing deep context-specific insights. - Strong stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and handling complex collaboration cases.
- Mastery in conducting and developing elicitation practices: workshops, interviews, document analysis, etc.
- Strong skills in strategy analysis: identifying business needs, defining solution scope, and managing transition requirements.
- Proficiency in change management processes at the project and organizational levels.
- Experience in facilitating and contributing to strategic sessions with key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and articulate complex solution design options and recommend the most valuable approaches.
- Proficiency in modeling and visualization tools (BPMN, UML, wireframes) to communicate requirements effectively.
- Experience in gap analysis and defining “as-is” and “to-be” states for systems and business processes.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (PMs, architects, developers, QA, UX).
- Active contribution to the BA community: mentoring, knowledge-sharing, interviewing, and service development.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.

- Experience in presales activities: discovery workshops, proposal preparation, and direct client engagement.

- Lead and facilitate requirement validation sessions with stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Ensure the quality of requirements through verification and validation techniques.
- Drive effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.
