Product Manager (EdTech)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in EdTech or learning-focused products;
  • Project delivery experience;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive product decisions;
  • Deep understanding of the learning domain, LMS platforms, or education technologies;
  • Able to conduct comprehensive market research and synthesize findings into actionable insights;
  • Confident in writing clear documentation (WBS, design overviews, roadmaps, PRDs);
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills;
  • Experienced in Jira, Confluence, and similar product tools;
  • English at B2 level or higher.

Would be a plus

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools in product development.

What you will do

  • Lead product discovery: conduct market, competitor, and user research to define strong, validated hypotheses;
  • Define KPIs for the product and for specific initiatives to measure success and impact;
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with both user needs and business strategy;
  • Create detailed product documentation, including WBS, feature descriptions, design overviews, and requirements for development teams;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, tech, stakeholders) to deliver high-impact solutions;
  • Explore and define AI/ML opportunities to elevate product features;
  • Monitor performance using product analytics tools and iterate based on insights;
  • Stay on top of EdTech trends to ensure our LMS solution remains competitive and learner-centered.
