Requirements

3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in EdTech or learning-focused products;
Project delivery experience;
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive product decisions;
Deep understanding of the learning domain, LMS platforms, or education technologies;
Able to conduct comprehensive market research and synthesize findings into actionable insights;
Confident in writing clear documentation (WBS, design overviews, roadmaps, PRDs);
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills;
Experienced in Jira, Confluence, and similar product tools;
English at B2 level or higher.

Would be a plus

Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools in product development.

What you will do

Lead product discovery: conduct market, competitor, and user research to define strong, validated hypotheses;
Define KPIs for the product and for specific initiatives to measure success and impact;
Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with both user needs and business strategy;
Create detailed product documentation, including WBS, feature descriptions, design overviews, and requirements for development teams;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, tech, stakeholders) to deliver high-impact solutions;
Explore and define AI/ML opportunities to elevate product features;
Monitor performance using product analytics tools and iterate based on insights;
Stay on top of EdTech trends to ensure our LMS solution remains competitive and learner-centered.
