Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in computer vision or related fields;
- Solid understanding of CNNs and object detection frameworks (e.g., YOLO, RetinaFace, SSD);
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow);
- Experience with image preprocessing, augmentation techniques, and OpenCV;
- Familiarity with evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, and mAP;
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
What you will do
- Communication: Contribute as part of a scrum team dedicated to building high-quality computer vision solutions. Maintain a positive, polite, and open-minded communication style;
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams working on product and model integration;
- Documentation: Keep comprehensive and detailed documentation of model architectures, training procedures, and evaluation results;
- Continuous improvement: Follow the latest research and best practices in computer vision and deep learning, applying new findings to improve models and workflows;
- Planning: Participate in estimation and planning sessions for model development and integration.
Model Development: - Design and train CNN-based models for object detection and face detection (e.g., YOLO, RetinaFace, SSD);
- Apply data augmentation and preprocessing techniques to improve model robustness;
- Use deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development and experimentation;
Evaluation and Optimization: - Evaluate models using metrics like precision, recall, and mAP;
- Analyze and fine-tune models based on evaluation results to meet performance targets;
Computer Vision Engineering: - Implement image preprocessing pipelines using OpenCV and related libraries;
- Contribute to prototyping and early deployment phases of ML models;
