Requirements
- Primarily looking at candidates from Kyiv
- 7+ years of experience in HR;
- Proven experience leading an HR team (including 3 HR Managers and an Internal Communications Specialist);
- Track record of designing and executing HR strategy aligned with overall business goals;
- Strong collaboration skills with senior leadership and middle management; ability to act as a strategic HR partner and advisor;
- Hands-on experience optimizing and improving HR processes, including:
— Performance management
— Compensation & benefits review cycles
— Learning&Development
— Onboarding & offboarding - Proven ability to influence and support corporate culture development initiatives;
- Strong involvement in building and strengthening the Employer Brand, in partnership with internal communications and marketing teams;
- Capability to act as an HR Manager / HRBP for a defined group of employees (approx. 40–50 people), including non-delivery roles and middle management;
- High level of self-organization and result-oriented mindset;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges;
- Upper-Intermediate English;
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Would be a plus
- Experience in a leadership role 1+year;
- Experience in driving HR process automation and implementing digital HR tools.
