Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in the service software development company;
- 2+ years of experience managing a P&L business unit or major portfolio;
- Experience in managing 60+ FTE across 3+ projects portfolio;
- Experience in managing a team of 3+ Project Managers;
- Professional excellence in hands-on managing different types of project models: Fixed price, Time and Material, Dedicated Team, Outcome-based, SLA, from presale to project closure phase, including budgeting & pricing;
- Experience in taking extreme ownership in different areas of the project: budget, scope, schedule, quality, people development, customer relations, and farming;
- Proficiency in project management frameworks and methodologies (PMI or Prince2, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, SoS), including data-driven planning and control;
- Experience in handling several pre-sales at one time;
- English level proficiency — Advanced;
- Project Management education, holding MSTM, MBA, and similar certificates would be a plus.
What you will do
- Manage your business unit and a team of Project Managers to achieve the P&L targets;
- Act as a technical advisor to your clients in order to implement and deliver the expected solution in a predictable way;
- Collaborate with technical leaders in your unit and the company to ensure appropriate architectural, technological and procedural decisions for your clients;
- Drive presale and upsell activities within your portfolio;
- Guide, mentor, and educate your leadership team;
- Act as a governance and crisis management body for your portfolio;
- Interact with the cross-company functions to ensure smooth service provision;
- Contribute to the unit and company competency and capability development.
