About the project

We are looking for a Junior Strong/Middle HR Manager to oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle and support the administration of employee benefits.

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in IT or a similar fast-paced environment;
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and benefits management;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset;
Upper Intermediate level of English;
Have the opportunity to visit the Kyiv office 1-2 times per week.

What you will do

Manage and optimize all stages of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, performance reviews, offboarding);
Provide support for employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth administration and communication;
Collaborate with managers and employees to address HR-related queries and challenges;
Continuously improve HR processes to enhance employee experience.
