  • 2+ years experience in a diverse range of HR functions working within progressive HR models;
  • Proven experience in different HR areas (employee full-cycle process, L&D, C&B, employee engagement & retention);
  • Understanding of the business and how HR adds value to the bottom line;
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills;
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with people;
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Good time-management skills;
  • Provide a positive, polite, and open-minded style of communication;
  • Good verbal and writing English language skills.

What you will do.

  • Maintaining a smooth pre-boarding and onboarding process;
  • Training, counseling, and coaching our staff;
  • Controlling and supporting the adaptation period of newcomers employees;
  • Regular monitoring of employees’ satisfaction and involvement: one-on-one, meetings;
  • eNPS, engagement, and other surveys;
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation;
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties;
  • Conducting performance and approbation period reviews;
  • Permanent HR process updating: analyze current, create new, improvement and adapt for remote work;
  • Developing clear Geniusee policy and ensuring policy awareness;
  • Creation and maintaining databases and reports for Top management ;
  • Handling farewell procedures;
  • Generating ideas for company events (example, corporate parties, team buildings, sports activities, congratulations on the current holidays, workshops, online events), searching for actual opportunities (contractors and location), planning, budgeting, preparing, holding, collecting feedback;
  • Purchase, inventory, and shipping of branded products;
  • Budgeting within departments expenses;
  • Managing corporate English courses;
  • Making posts into internal channels.
