Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in Project Management;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
- Agile knowledge and mindset;
- Solid understanding of SDLC;
- Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong self-management and ability to work in dynamic conditions;
- Dedication to results and problem-solving aptitude;
- Experience with budget management and financial oversight;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Understanding of risk management and mitigation techniques;
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
What you will do
- Lead project planning, setting goals, tasks, and scope of work;
- Use key project metrics and performance indicators;
- Manage the project triangle (scope, cost, time) and control objectives achievement;
- Work with customer requirements, meet expectations and maintain strong business relationships;
- Work with a risk register and define risk strategies;
- Lead Agile ceremonies and communications with stakeholders;
- Measure project performance, identify improvement areas, and manage the backlog;
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Apply Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) effectively;
- Coordinate workload;
- Demonstrate strong communication and conflict-resolution skills;
- Facilitate project reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement;
- Follow change management processes and strategies;
- Ensure projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Reporting to upper management and stakeholders about projects progress.
