Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Engagement Manager/ Account Manager/ or Business
  • Analyst with a focus on presales;
  • Great communication and presentation skills;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of IT outsourcing and product/service development;
  • Great presentation preparation skills;
  • Experience with Pipedrive or other CRM systems would be a plus;
  • Expertise in Fintech or EdTech or Technical Background would be a plus;

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand client business challenges and growth objectives
  • Lead discovery meetings to identify client needs and opportunities
  • Develop and present compelling business proposals
  • Orchestrate client presentations and negotiations
  • Foster partnerships with strategic business partners and agencies
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Create differentiated value propositions
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility
  • Manage proposal development and review process
  • Create and maintain sales materials (case studies, content for proposal, service offering per client needs)
  • Track and report on sales pipeline and forecasts
