About the project

The project is a virtual classroom that will enable one or more teachers to facilitate online tutoring sessions for many students working on their own tailored learning paths. The integration of LMS content, chatbot and student prioritization solution.

Requirements

1+ years of experience as a business analyst in a software development area;
Preferable technical background, at least basic experience working as a developer or QA;
Flexible, adaptable to customer’s needs, and driven by the dynamic environment;
Experience in the creation of good structured documentation, diagrams, and specifications;
Ability to identify and describe use cases;
Experience in presale/discovery activities;
High level of responsibility and proactivity;
Excellent communication and analytical skills;
English level — Upper-Intermediate.

What you will do

● Understand key BA processes and activities in a software development project;
● Conduct common collaborative and research-based elicitation activities;
● Communicate BA information effectively with all necessary stakeholders;
● Constantly monitor and ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders;
● Collaborate with and consult the development and QA team throughout the entire development cycle;
● Understand and participate in the requirements lifecycle management activities.
● Capture and analyze changes to the project requirements;
● Define and document the business requirements of a project;
● Perform requirements specification using user stories and acceptance criteria;
● Model requirements using common techniques;
● Engage in the company’s leadership activities including knowledge-sharing, BA service development, etc.
