Geniusee is looking for an experienced Sales/ Business Development Manager to join our professional team on the freelance or part-time basis.


  • Generate new business by identifying and developing leads;
  • Work with interesting B2B audience like Founders, CEOs, CMO, etc. in start-ups environment;
  • Search for new partners through Linkedin, Email, other sales boards;
  • Closing deals with new customers;
  • Provide customers with information about our products and services
  • Communication with clients at all stages of sales (new client, video call, follow up, contract, invoice);
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues;
  • No fixed fee.

What you will do.

  • Deep experience in IT Sales Market is must ( at least 3+ years);
  • Experience in finding cold leads and warming them up through LinkedIn (creating campaigns) and other platforms;
  • Knowledge of selling stages and closing technics;
  • Knowledge of strategies for increasing sales;
  • Understanding of the software development life-cycle;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, we are looking for productive, responsible, independent, proactive, ambitious, sociable person;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Experience with the international market;
  • Knowledge of the local US market is a big plus;
  • Advanced English, ability to cover US business time
