Requirements.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst across multiple domains;
Proven ability to establish key BA processes and activities from scratch on software development projects;
Experience with change management processes in fixed-price project environments;
Experience with data migration projects, particularly migrating from legacy systems to new platforms;
Proactive mindset with strong leadership capabilities;
Excellent communication skills for managing complex stakeholder collaboration;
Ability to work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Knowledge of BA techniques and approaches, with experience in requirements lifecycle management;
Experience in projects involving multiple stakeholders across different countries.

Project-Specific Requirements:
Strong technical understanding of cryptocurrency and fiat integration projects, with the ability to read and understand API documentation for 3rd-party services integrated with the platform;
Experience working with non-functional requirements, particularly those related to security and scalability.

What you will do.

Establish key BA processes and activities from scratch on a software development project;
Holistically monitor and improve business analysis performance throughout the project;
Explore and monitor the project’s developing system, market, and domain, providing deep analysis insights considering the project's solution, context, stakeholders, etc;
Manage and develop the practice of various elicitation activities on the project;
Communicate complex information in an understandable manner to diverse stakeholders;
Manage complex stakeholder collaboration cases and continuously develop their effective engagement;
Lead the processes of requirements lifecycle management;
Establish and manage the change management process on a project;
Holistically approach and manage strategy analysis from the identification of business needs to a deep understanding of the solution scope and transition requirements;
Facilitate and contribute to strategy sessions with key business stakeholders;
Lead effective discovery and project onboarding activities;
Manage and guide requirements specification and modeling activities to meet the project team’s needs for productive development;
Ensure the quality of requirements by implementing verification techniques;
Analyze and articulate complex design options with project stakeholders and provide justified recommendations on the most valuable solutions;
Define ways and processes to enable the team to holistically evaluate developed solutions in order to identify valuable improvements;
Engage in the company's leadership activities including interviewing, knowledge-sharing, mentorship, BA service development, etc.
