Lead Node.js Developer

The goal of the project is to replace the current legacy desktop CRM with a modern, efficient system tailored for mid- to executive-level recruitment in sectors such as sports, hotels, and potentially telecommunications.

Lead Node.js Developer

Requirements.

  • 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with a deep understanding of JavaScript, including TypeScript standards;
  • Extensive experience with Node.js, with a focus on the NestJS framework and scalable application design;
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with a solid track record of leading complex projects;
  • Proven experience with Azure services, including Azure Database, Azure Function, Azure Storage Queue, and Azure Blob Storage;
  • In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, including performance optimization and database design;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead development teams, mentor junior developers, and drive projects from inception to completion;
  • Strong architectural skills, with experience in designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions in cloud environments;
  • English level: Upper Intermediate Strong or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
