Requirements.
- 2+ years of recent HR working experience, preferably in the IT sector.
- Successful working experience in companies size 100+
- Proved examples of building trust and partner-relationships
- Experience in working with HRIS, HR analytics, confident Excel user
- Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence
- High ethical standards
- Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English
Would be a plus.
- Previous recruitment background will be helpful
